Nitrates open (dilate) the arteries to the heart. This increases blood flow to the heart, relieving angina symptoms such as chest pain or pressure.
Nitrates are used to:
Relieve angina.
Prevent angina, when used before stressful activities that can cause angina (such as sexual intercourse or walking up stairs or a hill).
Prevent angina that occurs during daily activities (long-term use).

A good rule of thumb we learned in Rx school is 20 drops = 1 mL.
So 20 drops would be 30 mg of a 30 mg/mL solution, meaning 10 drops = 15 mg, and 1 drop would be 1.5 mg.
If you're aiming for a 5 mg dose and you don't have a syringe to measure 0.167 mL, go for 3 or 4 drops to give you 4.5 mg or 6 mg, respectively.

I watched a show on CNN Special Reports on Tues. about "research chemicals" being sold online. It was mostly about research chemicals not for human consumption in the form of synthetic weed, LSD, & X. One guy in the US got 20 years after 2 kids in ND died from the synthetic LSD bought from his website.
