After taxes you would probably get $160 million.
Invested correctly, that would generate a lifetime income of, give or take, $6 million per year, while leaving the principle untouched (and can be slowly rolled into trusts over the next 30 to 40 years). So, I would pay myself a $6 million salary and do/buy whatever I want on that budget. I would travel the U.S., extensively, in one of those fancy rock star tour buses. I would have nice homes in Hawaii, the mountains and Florida. I would spoil my children and grandchildren.

Put all $160 million into a safe fund that returns at about 3-5% interest annually and live off the $4.8 - $8 million annual interest. Leave the $160 million to the kids.

what would you do and buy?
First, I would drop off the face of the Earth to avoid the inevitable friend and relative tsunami. Then I'd do whatever struck my fancy at the time. I wouldn't go crazy like a lot of the people who win though. I'd pay off anything that anyone in my family owes and fund the kids' educations. Probably buy some land in a couple places and live as quietly and comfortably as possible. Would bank what's left over and make it my goal in life to never touch anything but the interest again.

buy some land, and build a nice, modest house on it. Pay off all bills and mortgage for parents, inlaws. I would like to say I would quit working, but I would work something out with my current employer to where I could work a couple days a week or whenever I want, because I really like my job, and it's a small get away from the house.
I'd play a lot of golf, and do some traveling as well.

I lost my father to skin cancer several years ago. I've always said if I won the lottery I'd start a skin cancer foundation in his name to raise awareness of this disease and offer free screenings to poor people so that some other son would be spared having to watch the greatest person he's even know suffer the way he did. .
And two women at the same time of course.

Invest to live in interest.

Invest in as much anonymity as I could. Shell corporations, cutouts, whatever it took to ensure that nobody knew I was the winner.
Everybody in my extended family gets something, sliding scale. Parents, siblings, get more than cousins, etc. After that I'd buy a Tiger Stadium suite, and I'd do some traveling. Other than that, my lifestyle wouldn't change much. I'm not hung up on material things.
