I would donate a good portion of it, travel and eventually move to the south of France with my OT 10 of a man.

How silly. Everyone knows OT 10s are a myth

Set aside how much money I expect to make the rest of my career plus the amount I expect to retire with........
So that way when I spend it all and go broke.... I still don't have to go back to work.

real estate is the correct answer

have told close friends that i would not give them money, but i would give them good jobs to oversee the real estate

would start in residential rentals and then reinvest most profits into commercial ventures.

Modest like 300k-400k probably.

I don't want a HUGE house. Just a nice house.

I'd buy a house, and a few condos around the world in key cities, then spend the rest of my life traveling and living the high life.

That buys you a decent 3br/2 bath house here in Scottsdale.

Nah....electricity at current house max $275/mo in summer months. $75/mo for water/sewer/garbage. That's for a 2000 sq ft older home that has a questionable a/c

My electric bill that I just paid for the past month....$55

Nice. I'm on a 1700 Roadstar Silverado but the Indian is my dream bike.

That's a nice bike. I am buying a touring bike when I retire in 16 and the Indian Roadmaster and the Victory Cross Country are at the top of my list.

hell yea

I don't think I'd get into development, but I would definitely acquire shite loads of rental properties

Then acquire distressed properties or good deals and tear down and rebuild

Incorrect. We already proved Eric Decker is the only OT 10. It is now referred to as the Decker scale LINK
