You guys say this all the time. Is it because you know nothing illegal happened, but you wish something illegal had?

What he did was totally illegal. No doubt about that. But, as in the past, when he wanted it his way, he got it his way. The American people, who do not like his way, are sol. We have no one in the house or the senate who will stand against him. I wish they would, but as of yet, they haven't.

I've said it before.
Don't confuse impeachment with a criminal proceeding. You need not violate a statute.
You could be impeached for general malfeasance or neglect if the political will is there. Of course, it's not.

There were no consequences for the hundreds of lies he's told. Executive privilege got him out of any consequences inre F&F. I think his hands are dirty inre the IRS, but nothing will come of it.
As long as the Fourth Estate refuses to do their job, he'll remain largely unscathed.

I think many (perhaps most) here incorrectly believe he DID do something illegal and just believe that the liberal media and spineless Congress wont hold him accountable.
Saying they know he did nothing wrong and are just hedging their bets is giving many here too much credit.
What Obama did was detrimental to party relations, misguided and arrogant but as of now perfectly legal.

His actions have already reaped unpleasant consequences. He's managed to lose majorities in both houses of Congress. Right now he is the Republican's best friend.

No, this clown won't.
The political reality is that this obama fool will not face any consequences because he is the first black president of the US.
You know it, I know it and worst of all, this obama fool knows it.
And to top it off, millions of fools just like you, will buy his ghost-written memoirs, spend hundreds of $$$ to go to his speeches, and fawn all over his butt.
You people are pathetic.

No, it's because the opposition party has no balls and are more concerned with not rocking the boat so as to not offend anybody before the next election, when they again start talking tough. Obama knows the Republicans are paper tigers and will do him no harm.

you mean about saying if you like your doctor you can keep your doctor and yada, yada, yada?
If he worked for an insurance company and he committed that fraud, it would be incriminating
maybe that is what some of those peoples mean
but whatev

I don't know enough about his EO and the law to know if he did anything illegal or not. I do know that he has damaged the Democratic party as much if not worse than Carter did.

But his party will and that's just as good. We have a new congress coming in January. This was a perfect opportunity for obama to demonstrate his ability to hammer out a compromise solution to the immigration issue. But no, his insatiable need to be the bell of the ball lead to this arrogant display of childishness. The man is not a leader and he’s doing more harm to the Democratic Party than anyone I’ve seen in my lifetime.

The brilliant beauty of the first black president also being a raging progressive is that the spineless leadership of the "opposition" party is scared shitless to punch back for fear of getting tagged as racist.

This is the new political playbook. The drip drip drip of accusations against an 8-year president goes back to Nixon. Why are people surprised by this?
