I was taught you have to win no matter where the game is played. Today everybody wants the easy way.

Like USM's old motto said "anyone, anywhere, anytime"

Damn I know it won't happen but if they had the flexibility to move both gormley games to Saturday with LSU playing Thursday...

City Park would be a sight to see assuming Rummel takes care of business. An all NOLA double header on Sat with the dome on the line.

that's stupid IMO. How about rewarding teams that have done it all year.

When the 9-7 Giants beat the 15-1 Packers in Lambeau, do you think that the Giants should have automatically played the NFCCG at home?

If the LHSAA ran the NFL, they would have.

You want a home game? WIN MORE GAMES. Don't go 5-5.

Should your 8-2 higher seed second round opponent be punished because the 1 seed lost? What's their reward? The 16 seed is damned if they do and damned if they don't. This is the "two wrongs make a right" theory of home field advantage.

Guys, these aren't college football teams with college football budgets. They spread the home games out like that so one team doesn't have to pay huge amounts of money to get their kids from point A to point B. And if you're that f*cking good you'll win against a lower seed anyway whether its at your stadium or not.

Because that's how they are seeded? Should they change that too you think?

Used to have regional matchups the first 2 rounds before power rankings.

North La doesn't have the amount of teams necessary. Some south La teams would have to travel up there anyway.

So it was fair that WM had to travel 265 miles to a 6-5 team? Is it fair WM will have to travel to Covington, Destrehan, and the Dome 3 out of 4 weeks to win it all? How about the fact Byrd was in the Select finals last year, but now are in the Non Select bracket? How is that fair?
