It's called the ocean course for a reason. Plenty of water and sand.

Played it at the end of September during my brother's bachelor party.

It was the most difficult course I've ever experienced, but it was a lot of fun. Almost stepped on like 6 baby gators.

You got to be careful on those greens--real tight holes. When I played, I lipped out on 2, 4, 8 ,13, and 14 but still managed to shoot an 84.

Is really a diiferent course. Windy with no trees. One hole is a long par 3 with water all the way. The first 3 in our 4some put it on the green. The caddie said I have never seen all 4 people put in on the green from here. My dad comes up and puts it in the water. Caddie says I still haven't seen it.

The alligators won't be there to bother you this time of year.

Don't play golf but I live close to Kiawah. Make sure when you're driving on the island you drive slow and watch out for deer. They are everywhere on Kiawah and Seabrook and you can spend a lot of time on the phone with your insurance agent if you're not careful
