I bet if you talked to the chef you could get him to sub the cheese for tomato sauce. I'd slip him a single for hooking it up.

Just FYI...the artisan at Little Ceasars gave the guy behind me a pro-tip this past Friday...order the pretzel pizza with regular pizza sauce.
