ITW is still really good to me, I can't watch it in one sitting though. I would give it a shot since it's on Netflix, I really like it as a whole.

I don't think anyone knows what the frick Mulholland is, not even Lynch.
Why does everyone keep saying this? Everything in the movie can be explained. No bullshite.

By the time Mullholland Drive came out I was already, like thanks David, You've done this movie a few times now. And each time stretch a little more to a level of absurdity to see what you can get away with. Wild at Heart, Twin Peaks:Fire Walk with Me, Even Lost Highway are better if Lynch's surrealism is your thing.
100% disagree

Sounds to me like Mulholland, Requiem, and Blue Velvet are all "WTF" films in their own way

Is Blue Velvet going to be as shitty as Mulholland? It was well done but got so off point the last third of the movie

Lynch is an acquired taste as I said in my earlier post.
Velvet at least has a more comprehensible plot.

While BV is more comprehensible, the plot in MD is superior once you place the jigsaw pieces in their correct spot.

You had me at Almost Famous.

I've never seen Into the Wild or Blue Velvet.
I'd watch Almost Famous first.
Then get mind fricked by Mulholland Drive.
And watch Requiem last because I'd be too distraught to watch anything after that.

Almost Famous is one of my favorites. It's as re-watchable as any movie. Incredible soundtrack, and is a fun movie. I'm a huge fan of old rock music, so that made it even better.
Into the Wild is solid. Love the book as well.
Requiem for a Dream is one of the most fricked up movies you'll ever see. I actually first saw it when I was 14 I've seen it about 3-4 times total, and I still believe it's the most disturbing movie I've watched. I recommend anyone to give it a shot though, incredible stuff.
