How about LSU being able to run for 195 yards on Florida when everyone knew this team was going to run the ball.

We have no functionable QB. Have to work within that limitation.

Our QB is a true sophomore trying to establish composure on the road in the SEC against a good defensive coach. WTF kind of passing calls did he expect??

More aggressive play calling loses this game. 0 turnovers was huge. Against a real team like ole miss, conservative play calling is simply damage control.

Never like to moan after a win, but it wouldn't kill us to dress up our running game with a little creativity.

The 200 yds rushing tonight was great to see but was all about our talent.

I think what he is saying that it could have been more creative and strategic.. like open up the passing game with bubble screens..regular wr/rb screens.. hitches.. flat routes.. it doesn't have to be intermediate and bombs all the time. but we did fare well with the run game against UF. in the SWAMP.

The tight-ends and full-backs were actually involved in the passing game. I'm still waiting for LF to run routes out of the backfield (swing, flares, wheels, flats, screens). If there is WR are covered.. at least have a check-down for the RB!

Sticking with the run was smart tonight. We almost blew it by passing when we had the ball with over a minute left. It went from us possibly getting a FG to win if things went right to UF possibly winning in a matter of seconds.

I think his point was that LSU hasn't developed a passing game and that's not a good thing. We threw to the fullback many times, but didn't attempt to throw to one of our talented RBs once. It's weird. Yes, we did complete the FB throws, so that was good. But come on...

This one year and one time I am going to have to agree with the conservative play calling. We don't have a quarterback or offensive line that can deal with anything else.

Its all true. Luckily a couple turnovers and a drop...the kind of things this team needs, happened. Run game finally clicked but if those things dont happen its first half wisconsin all over again.

It says alot about how Les doesn't trust the QBs no matter how talented they are. I've seen peewee teams with more plays on offense.

The sad part is I love CLM and in some ways I like his coaching style. He truly believes in his team and thinks they are gonna win every game no matter the score. The players feed off that and I think that's why we have so many comebacks.

No turnovers. I don't know what he expects Cam to be able to do. They threw it all over the yard last year. He just doesn't have a QB to do that with this year, coupled with very young receivers.

The offense scored 30 points on the road at UF. I'm actually amazed they are getting the production they are out of this group.

I don't get the heavy-set formation and play-action for 1 WR/1 TE route. Sometimes it's max protect for that 1 WR bomb. I just don't get Miles. He does win though.. unfortunately I'm thinking all those wins are purely from talent.. not because he's smart or a good coach. LF7 did get the majority of the carries and Miles didn't have the play-sheet in his hands the entire game.. I guess we got that working for us I guess.

We're never going to give our QBs confidence or experience if we just throw on 3rd down. We need an opening series were we pass 2-3 times. Bubble screens, WR screens, RB flares and swings- you telling me our QBs don't know how to throw those? Little shite like that makes a difference to spread out the D and gives the QB confidence. That stubborn run game isn't going to work every single time.. It works last night and you are praising for his 100th win (congrats) but when it doesn't the pitchforks will be out again.
