I really want to try this, and also appreciate the joke

The caul pizza crust I made was very flimsy but I would like to try it again. The pizza posted looks way better than mine did

Just make sure you use parchment paper and not wax paper

I may try this at some point.

Found this website that looks like the crust is pretty stiff.

The biggest thing I found was to get as much moisture out as you can. I Put the steamed bits into cheese cloth and wrung the crap out of it. It made a very nice and firm crust.
