So the SEC told A&M they would give it to them as soon as possible.

Yep. My question is how much say did LSU have in the matter? Did we volunteer or were we coerced by the SEC head office?

Just like last time they played on thanksgiving....$$$$$ talks

I am against it because I am superstitious ...last time we played on thanksgiving
A 9-0 team went on a 3 game losing streak including a loss to tulane....but last time was at home maybe a road game will be different

My wife and I go to all the games. We didn't even order A&M tickets because of Thanksgiving.

It annoys me that a new SEC member can force LSU to play a game on Tgiving with the SEC Commissioners help. The SEC is trying to set up a Thanksgiving Classic and I'll bet you we start playing the Ags on T'giving in TS beginning in 2017.

Fine as long as it's a road game and doesn't take away an important open date earlier in the season.

This year it doesn't, but it's an odd year with 2 bye weeks. In future years LSU will have to decide between a bye week before Bama or before a short week. This year we get both.

I live in Houston and wanted to go. Those prices are a little steep for me though.

I don't mind it too much, but only because it gives me an excuse to fly back for the game. My parents live in Houston and my sister goes to A&M so we will all go and I'll end up getting my ticket paid for

I think the concept is stupid though. Thanksgiving is for watching NFL and going to the game basically eliminates that

I hate it because I have some family who live there, so I would have a guaranteed ticket everytime we play the Aggies in College Station.

I'll take them

My favorite part is how Tiger fans pretend there is some connection between Thanksgiving at College Station and Saturday Night in Baton Rouge, like we're owed something.

There are plenty of night games, and plenty of good seats available for them. There's some babies around here who need a titty in they mouth.
