Apologize. I knew Lazy had been doing the brewing, and I thought that was out of Natchez. I was too lazy to double check, so I'm a dumbarse for that.
I do like the Bayou Teche guys, so I try all their new brews I can. Very happy to see the ground they made even just on this board compared to 18 months ago on the "Best in Louisiana" list.

No. I'm in Houston area now, so I have to depend on trips back to Lafayette and the availability at Ambassador to try the new stuff. I did put out the word to someone this week to try and go by the brewery to purchase a bottle of the Hombres. I heard from one of our fellow FBD contributors that it is pretty good.

Bottled end of last year. To me this is better with some time on it. Still is very stouty though. Just toned down on the coffee a little.

Have you tried Bring on the Beer? Theyll have it sooner or later. Elysian probably has 4 or 5 pumpkin beers that people really dig. Night Owl is super easy to drink. Kind of tastes like liquid pie.
