Only a matter of time before someone declares that Patterson is the only kid we should be recruiting for that position

Been saying that!

Yeah quite different but still impressive though. Especially if he had no OL. Still 70% and yards were close, TDs are on. So still a very good first game if you ask me.

I was on the Parkway side watching the game and Patterson looked really good. His o-line was not good at all. He is fast and his throws were accurate. Not afraid to tuck it and run. One play that stood out, he rolled left and then had time to direct his receiver back to the right and the pass was a dead-on lead. The receiver missed it by a half step, but we were all surprised the guy didn't make the catch. Great vision, great throw, bad catch.

Parkway could have won that game: 3-4 fumbles and 2-3 interceptions cost them the game. Parkway looked tired and not focused.

This is an ideal college quarterback to me. I know everybody loves the "dual threat" who only passes for 1700 yards and runs for 1000. But give me a guy with a big arm who can make all the passes while still maintaining some mobility so he can tuck it and pick up positive yardage when the play breaks down.

So where do you place Jennings and Harris? Are they the former or the latter?

Considering his father's praise of CC and his brother's position on the staff, if we don't get Patterson, we royally fricked up something, somewhere.
Don't be surprised if Ole Miss offers Sean a position job. Word is they are going to come up with something big. Their usual way is cash, but that won't work in this case, so a higher paying, more responsible job might do it. The respect and love for Cam is real, though, so hopefully, that wins out.

He's in the '16 class bro. The deal won't be closed on this kid for another year and a half.

Personally I believe he is a must get for LSU.

I agree, Louisiana has been in something of a drought for producing top notch QB's the past few years (Harris was the first in some time), so when La. produces one, we need to snatch him up.

Bossier

Brandon Harris ring a bell?

But, of course, you're joking.

Calvary is 2A, and I agree that Parkway is probably overrated.
