By that logic everyone wants to play Man U - especially AFC Wimbledon, Cambridge united and stevenage. Here's hoping the fa cup delivers a better match up than the cap cup did. Or do you guys need to face a conference team to have a chance at not being blown out?
And how bad is it that you are relying upon city to do any banter?
Pool can't face city in the group stages anyway. We will likely be involved in some really exciting games with whoever is in our group - finishing chances will be key - something we struggled with the other day against city.

I think pot 3 in general has a lot of teams that could cause some trouble. Pool, Leverkusen, Bilbao, Ajax, Olympiacos is pushing for more success in Europe.

Just looking at the way the pots are with Liverpool in pot 3 relative to the other pot 3 teams, it looks very much like whichever group gets Liverpool stands a good chance of being the group of death. I don't think most clubs want that.

I actually think Leverkusen won't suck dick this year. They'll effectually blow it because of who they are but they should be a tough out.
