It's the simplicity of it that makes it outstanding.

I don't understand how Cowbell isn't on the list. I'd definitely take Cowbell and High Hat over Company; Company is a different style of burger from those two, and one I don't favor over the others. Toups was good, but I've only had it once, I typically get the Meatery Board, so I can't comment much on that selection. I have also enjoyed a burger at Luke, before.

I haven't had burgers at any of the other places listed.

Agree 100% about Cowbell. The bun & options are better than Co.

But he should have mentioned the MVB burger at Liberty's Kitchen: LINK /

Yeah, it's my favorite.

I haven't been there yet, but it sounds pretty good.

Something can be very good while not being the best in the city. So in her opinion, it is overrated when people claim it is the best. However, it is still very good.

Sorry you suck at English.

It's hard to quantify something so arbitrary as "overrated", especially when you admit to it being very good. So no, it doesn't make sense.

It's like saying Drew Brees is overrated, but very good. He may be the top QB on a given week, but the consensus is he is one of the top 3-4 QBs in the league year to year.

Just so you know, this is you arguing dumb shite. What she said makes perfect sense within the English language, but that's not good enough for you apparently.

No, It would be like saying that if someone said he was the GOAT. And that would be a factual statement, just like ladytiger's was.

I love LE and BOX. But "overrated" requires a lot of context

It's just one person's opinion. The best QB is not quantifiable, the same way the best hamburger isn't either. Calling something of each's caliber "overrated" is insulting, especially when you admit it to be very good.

In relation to Brett Anderson's list, its overrated? Ok.

But it was quite clear she was generally speaking. Most people would agree the top 4-5 are interchangeable. Thus making a very good hamburger hard to overrate

It's clear as day she is saying Company being rated #1 is overrated. But whatever you say.

Of course.

I just hate the word in general, especially in regards to quality products that are "popular". Even makes less sense when you call it very good, imo.

Constantly repeating your opinion doesn't change the meaning of words.
