Absolutely agree.
You would think the rush to judgement mentality would have been tempered to this point by so many other cases - the Olympic bomber, the Duke lacrosse rape case and others.

The Duke Lacrosse case was one of the first ones I thought of. Some of the others were from the 1960's involving the Dixiecrat politicians whipping up opposition to civil rights. The most recent example that I can think of was mocked by Saturday Night Live last year.

Yeah, the Gov has probably seen his last term IMO. I mean, even if you think the cop was guilty, or to blame, the comments were biased, and prejudiced.
