At the same time their offense is horrific

I think we win that game. Driskel isn't a great QB. I thought Tyler Murphy played better and he never played in a college game before he played us, if I remember correctly.
No more Easley on the DL, one of their go to corners, Hargraves got hurt in practice, I read that yesterday.
Mack Brown running the ball. I think Dubose is back, he got an extra year of eligibility, I believe.
But even with it being played in Gainesville, I like our chances.

Dont forget how hard it was to score on them at home last year with the best lsu offense of all time
It was the way we played them. Rewatch that game. Guys were open downfield, and Mett was just off.
I remember making a post about their defense being overrated prior to our game because of the offenses they played (all of them pretty much sucked). Immediately after our game, Mizzu passed for 295 yards (backup QB), ran for 205, and scored 36 points. UGA put up 258 yards through the air, 156 on the ground, and 23 points after they lost half of their WRs that year. Florida also gave up 4 TDs on the ground to Vandy, who put up 34 points. GA Southern ran for 429 yards and beat them without completing any of their three pass attempts. You already know Jameis put up over 300 yards on them and a ton of points.
IMO, had Miles stuck with what we had been doing to every team, we'd have scored 30+.
I'll have to see it from Fowler because he's been nothing but hype for two years, and his stats are terrible, and you can watch the replay and see him get pushed around by LSU.
That defense will be good, but we'll run all over it. On offense, they play right into our hands with that spread crap. By that time, our DL should be in full strip to attack they crappy OL of theirs.
IMO, I'd still say Ole Miss beats us, before I say UF does.

Yeah and they weren't even a Florida defense at full strength.
They were pretty much at full strength on defense when they played us. Had just got back one of their players in the secondary to play against us too. They missed that one guy Easley, who was good at stopping the run but they were pretty much full go on defense. They also had Matt Jones against us early before he got hurt. Really, the only other worthwhile player on offense they lost was Driskel.

And Bama, Georgia, and South Carolina. Maybe more. I don't think they'll improve that much. They're a freaking dumpster fire and Dukes OC is not going to bring them from what they were last year to 9-3 or 10-2 team like Booger was suggesting.

How would you describe our quarterbacking in the Bowl game. Without improvement we won't beat Bama nor Florida.

I hope LSU beats Wisconsin...

Bama not Florida
One of these is not like the other.
If LSU has terrible qb play, wide receivers dropping balls, and poor play from their line a running backs, then the teams will be evenly matched.

Well it's official, folks... Booger nation vs Buga nation.

What about the quarterbacking in the 4th qtr vs Arkansas?

It's a trap game. Week after we go to auburn and it's at the swamp. I can see a loss here.

I don't think we lose to Florida, Driskel will probably be injured again. Auburn is overrated as usual.

They're clearly making an attempt to be "unbiased," well except for Finebaum.

Driskell being hurt would be good for Florida

I listed Florida as LSU's toughest game all year, and got laughed at a bit.
It's all about matchups, and its gonna be tough sledding with our young offense vs their staunch D. Not to mention LSU always struggles in the swamp.

I tend to believe that LSU will lose to Auburn, Florida, Bama, Ole Miss and maybe State.
Holy shite.
Do you realize that we have a very good defense and one of the best o-lines in the league?
You along with a majority of the analyst that are sleeping on LSU will be disappointed in their predictions.
