Per capita, it's Monroe/West Monroe. Overall it's NOLA.

Although I agree with the answer river parish that's pretty racist.

River Parishes is where its at... sadly Lafourche and Terrebonne contribute not very much to that lately.

I removed it, wasn't meant to be racist. Just a theory on why there's so many nfl and college players from the area.

If it was about demographics, Monroe is 80% AA now.
