I was being called a liar yesterday for not standing behind a number that I didn't throw out and that link now says the FBI backs the number.

If you arrest him while all hell is breaking loose what do you think will happen? The guy was just in the store and was handed the cigars, no need to arrest him until things calm down as you know where he will be.

If he just killed Mike Brown, the next thing he should have done was arrest Johnson considering he had probable cause.

you don't think the robbery became secondary at the point he had to shoot MB?
Its also been stated (by the community so take it FWIW) that the cop left the scene immediately after shooting MB

So the police pulled over Mike Brown for robbery suspect, the altercation happened, and then left wtihout arresting anyone?
