You'd think they'd have really great engineers and architects to design and build a badass stadium. I'm talking everything planned out so there's minimal issues with coming to/from, parking and leaving in a timely manner, how it looks, accomodations inside the stadium, and any small issue you may/may not run into.

For anyone who has been to the Superdome or my team's - Oakland Coliseum or a multitude of old crappy eating and crappy bathroom NFL stadiums...this is a major plus.

So the bathrooms are a major plus? I'd hope a brand new stadium would have clean bathrooms. What an achievement

My thoughts exactly. Whoopty doo, your shitter is clean. It should be. Give it 3 seasons and get back with us on that.

The seats are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, and the sound system and screen are fine.

Give it a few years with 70 thousand people pissing all over the floor and see how it holds up.

The first game at the 49ers new stadium turned into tragedy for one fan. During the third quarter of Sunday's game between San Franciso and Denver, a man collapsed and was later pronounced dead at a local hospital, the Santa Clara Fire Department said.

quote:

According to the San Jose Mercury News, there was an 'unusually high number of calls for emergency services' at Levi's Stadium. It was the first game played at the 49ers new stadium 45 miles south of San Francisco.

Heat may have had played a factor in some of the emergency calls: The 49ers new stadium is located in Santa Clara where it was 80 degrees at kickoff. The high temperature at Candlestick Park -- the team's old stadium -- was 66 degrees on Sunday.

True.

But to say they can't fix the transportation issues over time is just as retarded.

After all they have yet to host an NFL game. Or so I've heard.
