I am becoming aware some people are oblivious to their fonk. If you're in an office setting, there is no excuse not to be smelling right.

Gel stick means I will be smelling like a funkadactyle by 1:30. I am aware of this. Degree is the only thing that works for me. Stuff is like baking soda for the pits.

I still don't see how grown men aren't aware of this. If I bring up their funk, can I get in trouble with HR? What is the proper protocol for dealing with this?

I've been wearing Degree for years but recently it's been irritating my skin and I don't really know what other brands are good.

I think they are aware of their funkiness...I mean, if I forget to put the shite on, I am smelling like a goat within an hour and I know it...

I would not bring it up directly with the funkmaster, as you may be accused of creating a hostile workplace (which will get your arse canned with quickness)

Instead, I would probably have the supervisor of the department issue some kind of general, anti-stank statement to the group....

Some guys who work in our shop/warehouse/yard are ripe by 10 am, but I can't complain about guys working in the heat. Although I don't smell that way when I work in the yard. Old spice is all I need. But anything white/gel/or spray and I'm getting a rash in my pits.

Any of these anti-perspirants that don't have aluminum? I hear that shite has been linked to Alzheimers. I use them, but I don't want that Alzheimers. And that Tom's Natural whatever doesn't cut it. I live in tropical south Florida.
