People are out there fishing in the exact same spot as the accident a few weeks ago.

I just saw that too... but they were fishing on the opposite side of the road from the accident when I saw them.
IMO, that's just too soon to doing that... and they had at least one kid with them.
Maybe they don't know about the accident... that's the only possible explanation other than the lack of ability to negotiate brain stimulations.

I still play golf at pelican point and hit from the #8 tee box where a guy was struck by lightning one time.
