I don't think I'm saying things differently. I felt like he was all over the place and he's not familiar with The Dark Knight Returns. I was surprised he liked MOS.

I'm not worried at all. I'm also not worried about BvS.

It's all relative. GL's aim was much different and it didn't take itself too seriously, so the stuff that ended up goofy/didn't work, didn't stand out as bad.

But was its peak higher than MoS? Naaa, probably not. Both are about average films with GL slightly below average. MoS slightly above.

Even though I hate the fact that they're still picking through the bones of Frank Miller's Batman for these movies... that teaser footage gave me chills.

It was fricking awesome, period. I really don't understand how someone could think different, but to each his own.

Well Miller's is still the "new" standard in terms of presence and attitude when it comes to Batman. Though I personally love what Scott Synder has done, even after Grant Morrison tried to frick it up. The guys over at BoF were really hoping that Scott Snyder was going to get a promotion at DC to start writing films but it didn't happen. But if it ever does I will lose my mind. I want to see Talon on the big screen really bad.

I'd rather see Scott Snyder's stuff than to have Miller revisited again. 150 years of stories between Superman and Batman and they have to prop up these movies with Miller's two stories.

I really hate that fat bat symbol. My only real complaint from that teaser.

Damn that shite was awesome!

I do agree with the poster about the "fat bat". I loved the Dark Knight Trilogy logo. Idk maybe something a little more slimmer I guess. But that's really my only complaint. I love the suit though. Looks a lot like DKR.

For some reason I like the glowing eyes. Kinda seems like a futuristic way of having his eyes covered by the white like in the comics and animated series and something that hasn't been in a Bat film yet.

I do hate the fat bat though

Kinda cool that it seems like we'll get Batman in the suit v. Superman and Iron Man in Hulk-buster armor v. the Hulk.

Well, maybe its because Miller is a titan of the industry and those are the two most famous and beloved stories in the Batman canon. That's like complaining that the X-Men movies keep using Claremont stories. Shocking, the filmmakers want to use the best writer's stories.

He also reinvent Batman to such a point that his Batman is now THE Batman. Everyone else is playing the sandbox he created. We can't go back to the Batman who was reason-adjusted and worked well with the proper authorities. He's now the Dark Knight.

Heck, the one time we had an X-Men movie not based on a Claremont story, it was the Wolverine series written by Miller.
