Can we make it a rule that you must change the subject title if the post devolves into MOS or Marvel vs DC?

Or Batman vs Batman. It seems whenever I post my opinion, I start a debate.

Bale Batman would kick the arse of Clooney Batman.

People complain about the lines to get into the Hollywood stuff while they complain that Hollywood has taken over. Just don't go to the TV and movie panels. There are lines for some of the comic book panels, but nine times out of ten you can get in.

This. I avoided Hall H and Ballroom 20. I did other panels and never had to spend more then 30 minutes in a line. I saw a hell of a lot more and most of the stuff I would of seen in hall h or ballroom 20 is appearing online. I call that a win.

And the problems that I did have at SDCC seemed to be getting addressed as they grow. I enjoyed camping out with my kids to get into Hall H for the DC and Marvel movies, but got pissed when they opened the doors and suddenly people were walking up to meet their friends in line ahead of us. Now they give wristbands for the different points in line throughout the night, so it's harder to cut the line.

harder but still happening, now people are waiting around for their wristbands...taking a powder for the night and returning before the doors opened. Really I think the solution is to sell tickets to these much like Nerd HQ did to their events.

Lacour is the only one that would argue for Clooney in that fight.

Hence my choice of him to face Bale.

I figured that would happen, but at least it's a move in the right direction. Does Nerd HQ have a problem with empty seats? I've been to cons where you had "VIP" seating for the panels, where you paid more to get to sit up front in reserved areas. The problem was that the reserved areas were never close to being full and you had rooms where everyone was in the back of the hall and the talent on every panel would ask, "Why the hell is everyone sitting back there?"

Not with the panels me and my friends attended. For one they are quite small (only 300 tix available) and sell out in seconds. They are also very very well organized. Something that the comicon panels could use. I agree the wristbands are a step in the right direction, but realistically they need to have security manning the lines at night and in the morning, this would really cut into the line jumpers.

I thought the same thing. I think the staff/volunteers are told to avoid confrontations. If you ever complain about anything, they just kind of give you a "we're aware of the situation" sort of response.

If guy was on shrooms, he wouldn't be able to text coherently. Certainly would be many many typos. That is guy lying about being on shrums while texting.

I just want to say one thing about the "white eyes" on Batman.I think that shows that this version will be very comic bookish.
