I clocked 5:15 once in 1986.
Never did place though. Winners were in the 4:50 range in our parish and district.

I've never put a single sticker on my car. Never even had the Marine sticker. I think it's trashy.

Well I used to be. Now I wear brace for my knee when I exercise, trying to hold off for the knee replacement that is probably enviable

I almost ran 7 this weekend. I think my splits were right around 8:05/mile. I could have gone more (but not much more), but then again I was just bored and really wanted to stop. I don't know how people run more than that.

I had a USMC sticker when I was in Baton Rouge. I think that and me wearing my blues coming home from a T4T event saved me from a DUI. Mayor Holden was throwing down that night.
