Fastest was high 5's for a PT test. I'm a sprinter, anything more than a mile sucks. I hate running.

I run 5 and 7 mile routes on the reg
avg 7 min flat on the 7 miler last time out.
I'm about 190lbs give or take so that getting it for a big boy

In high school the best I did was 5:08. I actually had to run a timed mile yesterday and ran it in 6:11. Damn you beer!
