That looks delicious 'LL.
I had red wine braised short ribs over rice and salad. Quinoa would have been better. Didn't think of it.

Idk what to cook tomorrow

One of our best friends is Argentinian. I'm cheering for him now.

Somebody give me an idea for dinner tomorrow. Something easy, quick, light to fix after work.

Looks really good but that would wreak havoc on my intestines. #Tmi

I ate half of each, and returned the rest to their respective pots.

I'm a sucker for a rich/heavy meal though. I'm justifying my non-use of pasta for that ;)

The squash casserole tasted like Thanksgiving. Admittedly, the two don't go together. Too much creaminess. They would both be better suited with chicken or a seafood accompanying them.

I was making both for the week because I'm trying to curb ordering out at work and when I get off work.. and both veggies were nearing expiration, so I figured I'd eat a little of both for dinner.

Kim posted a pic in the beer thread of a caprese salad with lump crab meat. Looked bomb.
