I got my Frogg Toggs pad today. I didn't try it on the course. It does get cold. Directions say to rinse in warm water, then wring it out. It starts cooling right away. I'll need to see how long it stays cold. In the house it's a few hours at least. My wife said let's get more before we get hurricanes. Oh, It doesn't transfer water to your shirt. I hope to try it out in the next few days. So this looks like it could be a good buy.

Played for 2 years, then a 2 year break, and now I've been playing for 1.5 years. Basically started from scratch last January.

Taking a break isnt fun. I usually lay off for hunting season and it takes a couple of months hitting balls a few days a week to get me comfortable to play with people again

Just wasn't much affordable golf (affordable for me then) in Tuscaloosa. I missed it like hell. I played a few times each year, but it wasn't until last January when I started playing multiple times in a week. And then last May I started playing every day. That's when I really started shaving strokes off the handicap.

When I first started I was going to LSU and frequented City Park, LSU, and Webble beach..lots of cheap golf around BR.

My first set of clubs was a complete set of Rams that I bought from academy for like $250...now I've got probably 2 grand in the bag

Fired two, hired two more so we shall see how it goes. They ruined my only day off today and chance at playing this week unless I can play Sunday. I'm still pissed and this damn rain isnt helping matters.
