So if you refuse and they draw your blood, do they still automatically suspend your license? What if The blood sample came back as 0.05?

I'm for anything that saves lives cause selfish douchebags decide to drive drunk. If people were more responsible, things like this wouldn't be needed.

I think the no refusal policy is only in certain parishes. That's up to the judge.
