The ruling can be appealed, and would be heard by a 3 person panel, who's ruling would be final.

I think the Saints will do right by Graham. He will be the highest paid TE in history. The regime currently with the saints tends to be fair as far as paying players

I hope this action prevents players from trying to do this crap in the future. I'm sure they were trying to set the tone that they aren't going to go with a different designation just bcs it benefits the player.

Anyway, now lets move on and get a deal done.

He's my favorite Saint but I'm happy with the ruling, time to get him locked up long term
