EG traded to somewhere that we don't much salary back

Sign LBJ

Ship

(It's actually plausible)

But seriously I see a trade for a SF like Chandler from Den(they have plenty of SFs).

Except for the fact that LeBron is scared to move West.

He'll do it to be the Scottie Pippen to future GOAT Anthony Davis IMO.

Buddinger only has 2 years left, so the last year would only be Martin.

Right, trading $15 for $12 (thanks Flip, now we can afford that starting SF we've been needing!), and adding an additional year for $7.4 million. If we hadn't traded for Asik I'd think the deal was terrible because it wouldn't let us get in on 2015 FA. But like I said in my thread from the other day, that's a moot point now, which is the only thing that makes this deal palatable.

Gordon to the Bucks for Mayo (2 yrs/16 mil) and Carlos Delfino (3 yrs/10 mil) or Khris Middleton.

Not ideal, but I'd take it

What about the draft day trade that was rumored involving Phoenix. Ryno for Gerald Green and a future 1st (they have 3 next year)? I think that's still a possibility. It isn't the prettiest move for the Pels, but it's decent.

ETA: Asik is no longer on the Pels in the trade machine

Id love to snag Middleton. Still just 22 years old player and improved a lot and showed some nice promise last year and is pretty efficient. 44% from the field, 41% from 3, 86% from FT.

Hes def an under the radar player but he had a pretty nice 2nd year. Def improved and looked much more comfortable.

What about making a deal to go get Harrison Barnes? I feel like he's just rotting away in Golden State behind Iggy and would be a nice fit.

Although I haven't seen a minute of him play, Middleton is someone that intrigued me while looking through everyone's depth chart. I saw some sites had him listed at PF, but according to 82games, he played 60% of his minutes at SF. With Parker and the Greak Freek, I wonder what their asking price would be for Middleton. By the off chance that people on here actualy watched Bucks games last year, has anyone seen Middleton play?

IIRC he put up some decent number vs the Pels last season. I seem to recall hearing his name at the game.

ETA: just looked it up and he scored 25 vs the Pels in their first game.

He was a guy that i would drop and pick up in my fantasy bball league, so Ive paid attention to him And he played at TAMU. But that's weird he was listed as a PF. He's primarily a SF, but his secondary position is more of a SG than a PF. He's most def not a PF.

6'8 with a 6'10 wingspan. After his sophomore season, he was projected to be a possible lottery pick after his JR season. But he battled some injuries early on and never was 100%. People were surprised when he declared for the draft. His NBA comparison was Gordon Hayward.

Hes really smooth on the floor. Looks like hes playing at his own pace out there. Efficient scorer and is good without the ball in his hands. His shooting ability is the best part about his offensive game. Great shot and a quick release. Doesnt try to do to much and plays very well within the system. Not the best with the ball in his hands in a 1v1 situation, but is really good coming off screens, moving to the open spot without the ball, etc (which is ok for us because we need a 3pt shooting SF more so than a guy who needs to dominate the ball). Hes a creative player with a unique style of play. And is very coachable. Everything Ive seen on him is that hes a great kid and teammate that works hard and wont mess around.

Hes taken the next step in his career though. He showed he can be a solid player in the NBA and is 1 of the better 3pt shooters in the game. Hes a decent rebounder, but once he gets more comfortable and keeps improving and getting stronger that should improve. Hes an average defender but is very willing to play D, like his rebs once he gets stronger and improves he will get better. And being coached up.

The Bucks sucked, but Ive read article that said hes their lone bright spot of the season. But having Greek Freak and drafting Jabari seems to have caused a log jam. And I doubt they will be getting rid of those guys.

All in all, Middleton has just got on the NBAs radar as a decent player but is just getting into his game. Improved a lot from his 1st year to his 2nd year. Will never be a star or a teams top player, but would be a very good 3rd to 4th option due to his shooting ability and efficiency. Hes shown he can play in the league and has a decent amount of potential and skills and occasionally could lead a team in scoring some nights. I would be really glad if we could get him somehow.
