moss' rookie year was 98 and in 2007 he had the TD record, so his perceived lack of longevity is mostly a product of playing on shitty teams with shitty qb's. at his best, you could argue that moss was more dangerous than jerry rice. the answer to the original question is randy moss.

Randy Moss. IMO he's the 2nd best WR of all time, behind Jerry Rice.
