Was just watching his Making The Leap videos on NFL.com......man that kid looks good with the football in his hands.

That stiff arm was great. First guy doesn't bring him down.

Ingram, being a free agent after this season, will probably not be with the team next year. They need to find someone this season that can stick. While I don't like them keeping 5 RBs, I think its something they will be doing moving forward. This year it should be Robinson, Ingram, PT, Cadet, and a rookie (Flanders or Strozier, with the other going to practice squad).

He's made losing Ivory a lot less painful IMO. He runs with the same intensity and similar power, I just hope he doesn't catch the injury bug like Ivory did.

I'm hoping the decision not to pick up the 5th year option on Ingram is an indication that this staff has a lot of faith in Robinson going forward.

I'm sure the staff really like Robinson, but it had nothing to do with him really. You just can't justify paying most running backs that type of money.

Picking up the 5th year option would have been ridiculous considering his production vs. other backs that got paid the past few years. Sure it doesn't have to deal with Robinson.
If they picked it up, I'd seriously have questioned them

I love this kid man.
Look, it's been said numerous times, but I'll say it again......if K Rob and Ingram can be solid in the run game, which I assume they will be.....Stills, Colston, Cooks, Graham.....where does a defense roll coverage? You double Jimmy, then Cooks and/or Stills is man to man. Roll coverage over to Cooks, then Jimmy is man to man. Stills is primed for a solid sophomore season.....Colston does what Colston does......glad I don't have to come up with a defensive game plan for this offense. Just need the line to be solid and keep Drew healthy, and this offense has the potential to be the best Saints offense ever, which is saying plenty since SP and DB has been here.
So fired up for the season.
