the first episode spells out observer with the glyphs but at the end on the keypad at massive dynamics it shows a spinning leaf. anyone figured out if it means something? The four leaf glyphs correspond to the letters ABGH I thought maybe those letters may spell something but doesn't seem to. it may have meant nothing but they focused on it for a little while when it was spinning

September was definitely staring at the dead baby that died of natural causes in episode 2.

Definitely didn't know that. That's something I will definitely be looking for with the rewatch.

I'm in the middle of a first watch (Season 2, episode 8). Can I participate in this thread, or will I be spoiled to shite and back.

For general reference, I really don't give a crap about spoilers unless something massive (think GOT worthy) is going to happen in the show. I've already stumbled across a couple of spoilers (such as who The Observers are and what their purpose is) just from going on the Fringe wikia when I feel like I missed something in an episode.

Hmmm, you're probably going to see spoilers. I think the plan was for us to not hold back...isn't that right, rest of the board?

Right, but that didn't mean they were in every single episode.

You will obviously be spoiled at some point, but if you aren't particularly worried about spoilers, then you should be fine. There aren't many things I'd consider "GoT worthy" moments in Fringe...it's more of a solid show start to finish.

So you should be fine in here as long as you're willing to see/read about things you maybe haven't gotten to yet. And outside of maybe a few major things happening, there aren't many that would "ruin" the show for you IMO. Of course, participate at your own risk, but we'd love to have another addition to the discussion, especially from the perspective from someone who is new to the show.

There are a couple of moments that I would have been insanely angry if they were spoiled.

We are only watching 3 a week. Once again I would suggest noobs watch at a faster pace and join the action when done.

And since there are SOME, I would recommend staying out of here.

Sure there isn't a reason to discuss the BIG spoilers for quite a while but that doesn't mean someone won't go off on a tangent and spoil the finale in the first episode review.

Olivia's boss creeps me out and it really annoys me that he always knows more about a case than he tells her when the case first starts. He lets her get halfway in and then he'll be like, "Well there was this one time back in Tokyo when this train wrecked and they all said it was human error but we knew it was an electrical blah blah blah" Why not tell her that shite to begin with??? And can someone please give him a sandwich??

His body shape scares the frick out of me too. He just doesnt look proportionally acceptable as a human.

Do not like him. As the series goes on I feel like I remember disliking him less, but never to the point where I liked who he was.

Ya'll talking about Broyles?

I loved that dude. I was a bit biased from Lost, but still...I liked him a lot. Maybe I just like Lance Reddick.
