I'm grilling up some hot dogs and burgers tonight. What are some of the Food Boards favorite toppings/styles?

I love hot dogs. I like them grilled the best with a bit of char on them. I'm not a chili cheese dog person. I like mustard, onions and relish. Using a jalapeno relish today.

I love a hotdog just about anyway you can prepare it. I love the grilled onions, creole mustard sauerkraut dog. But my go too is an all beef wiener, a little mayo and mustard, good chili, fresh grated sharp cheddar, diced purple onions. X5

Love hot dogs no matter the cooking method.

Since we are on the subject, has anyone on the board been to Rudy's Bar in midtown manhattan? I give much love for it on here. Cheap dive bar famous for the free Hebrew national dogs offered. My gf grew up a short walk from there and had no idea of the place until I took her there a year ago. If ever in the Big Apple I highly recommend the place. There's a new back patio with large flat screen to catch a game. Great way to kill time or knock a few back for cheap

I like to boil until warm, pan fry in butter and do a Chicago/LA style.

cajun mustard, grilled onions and poblano peppers, pickled peppers, dill pickle spear, tomato slice, celery salt, tony's, and tabasco. I usually top with a bit of white shredded cheese to tame the spiciness.

Chili and cheese is good
Mozzarella cheese and olive salad is awesome for muffaletta dogs
Sauerkraut, thousand island dressing, and swiss cheese is another great combo for reuben dogs

I'm a Simpleton I guess. Grilled with mustard, cheese and dill relish is my favorite. But the love chili cheese dogs with chopped onions so it's usually what we do.

Not a big hot dog eater, but going to agree with CrazyTiger above. Favorite way is boiled in liquid crab boil.

Grilled dogs with mayo on each side of the bun; dog is topped with chili, shredded cheese, diced purple onions, then a heaping helping of ketchup.
