Sonny's BBQ - inconvenience a big deterrent. Plus, it's in a rather less than desirable area of town.

Mama Della's - weird spot on Jefferson Hwy.

Mike Anderson's - way to far down Lee Dr. I think it would do better closer to an interstate.

Chelsea's: no parking
Ronnie's: too far from where I live
Bergeron's: wrong side of the river (damn you I-10 bridge traffic! )
South of Philly (see Ronnie's)
Pahran's (see Chelsea's)

I'll add Pelican House and The Cove to the list strictly based on bikability. It boggles my mind that people think building a bar where you can't easily walk or bike to is a good idea. Zoning doesn't help.

Mike Anderson's could open a free buffet in the middle of Ethiopia and it would still be worthless.
