No, he's a college kid that stole something that doesn't have a lot of value. I have friends that are now doctors or lawyers that got caught stealing worse things than that, usually as a joke or prank, and none of them got arrested for it. Just a "hey you're a fricking idiot let's tell your dean and make you give it back/pay for it"

Also, why don't we see college players getting busted routinely for stealing? Surely, poor Jameis isn't the only poor college player. I guess those players are better theives, or maybe the man is after Jameis. The man that let him get away with rape.
