3 days in and im feeling great
I'm gonna beat it this time for sure. Wanted to ask some of you that have quit what to expect in the coming days, weeks, months, etc. I already can breathe, smell, and taste better. However, I feel real cloudy and unable to focus. My teeth ache and feel real 'sticky' which is weird as frick. But I have so much more energy now it's amazing.
Wanted to know some of your thoughts, experiences, advice, etc.
Thanks in advance!!

Can't speak for myself personally, never even smoked a single one
My brother started smoking when he was 14. smoked for about 12 years, was off of them for good for about 8 months, then started working with a bunch of smokers, who would go on smoke breaks, and the smell just brought back the itch.
In short: Do something to resist the urge to smoke, and keep doing it for months after your last cigarette.
Good luck

you'll smell the old ash tray odor on a person who has recently smoked a cig from 30' away.

The don't completely take away the cravings but they do take away that 'edge' you have when you quit. It's helped a ton.

you didn't quit, you just switched from one thing to another. That's like quitting smoking joints and using a humidifier instead.

Didn't have any teeth aching or them feeling sticky, that's weird... just stay off the cigs though and eventually your smell will be 10 times better.. People that smoke will smell bad, you and your car will smell better.
Be prepared for your coil to go out, make sure you have an extra one and extra juice with you at all times as they aren't as accessible as cigs.
If you bought a starter kit, be sure to keep your batteries charged, and on you, they'll got out on you eventually if you don't... Start researching and saving up to buy a better one if you did start with a starter kit...
Keep trying different flavors, just like smoking the flavor will eventually become bland to you so keep switching it up.

You end up with a lot less nicotine intake you stick with it. I guarantee you he's not hitting that thing like he used to on a whole cigarette.

I quit 6 months ago using e-cigs. Ego style setup at first. The cig-a-likes suck balls.
I was a two pack a day smoker for 23 years. After three days with the e-cigs I quit the analogs and haven't looked back.
I still vape some, but it's zero nic stuff on a high end dripper setup.
Still curbs the urges to snack.

That's true for some, not for others.

Yeah once you start vaping it's just so much better than you'll never want to go back to smoking.
