25 Muslim taxi drivers refuse to drive cabs displaying "Gay Games" ads

Radical Islam works, folks.
LINK
Imagine if a christian, jew, hindu, mormon or atheist did this for whatever reason? But because those in question are muslims, nobody is going to say one goddamn word about it.
It just really rubs me wrong that we have allowed violence to control our reactions. The next time someone tells you the terrorists havent won, please correct them.

Roughly 25 Muslim drivers dispatched to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport are refusing to drive cabs adorned with advertising for the region’s upcoming Gay Games, citing religious reasons.

It goes deeper than that. My understanding is that 9/11 was designed to not only kill American citizens, but to destroy us financially. We've done a pretty good job of destroying ourselves financially from within, however, this "war on terror" has severely crippled us. And what is sad about all of this, we worry too much about tolerance. We have lost our way because we no longer have collective convictions. Yes, the terrorists have won unfortunately.

This will be an interesting case study, on the heels of the Mozilla CEO debacle. Let's see how the Left, especially the gay rights movement, responds to this.

This comment sounds ignorant as frick considering your linking an article on fox news. A quick Google search reveals this article is all over the internet(particularly the conservative websites) and the local Cleveland news. Fox News was a little slow on this story.
If it were Christians, I doubt they would be getting attacked by the conservative blog sphere. I bet they would even be championed by them.

I don't see the problem here. The cab drivers have a right to refuse to drive. The cab company has a right to relieve the cab drivers of their duties if they choose to do so.

Dude - did you read your own link?
quote:
Two of the three companies operating at Ohio's largest airport were informed by the drivers — one-third of the airport’s total fleet — last week that they will no longer participate in the airport’s dedicated taxicab program.
Looks like they withdrew from participating in the market where regulation would have required them to display the ad.
So you're full of shite. If this had been a Christian - they wouldn't have withdrawn from driving airport cabs - they would have insisted its their right to do whatever the frick they want wherever they want regardless of the law so long as God gives them the A-Ok.
If you can point to a law that has been broken - let us know. But I'm pretty sure not participating in a particular avenue of commerce when regulations would have compelled you to act a way you refuse to act isn't a crime.

It would be news if it were an American Christian.
Because we expect more.
American media doesn't expect much from a stunted culture - using this religion to stunt their mental advancement.
Nobody says...they sure know sex. It's an infantile society of sexually frustrated people...circa Christians 300 years ago.
It's like a time capsule. This used to be your gran-gran-gran-parents ala Hawthorne.

WTF are the "gay games"?
Posted on 4/19/14 at 11:13 am to Roger Klarvin
Shouldn't they be required to do so as a part of their jobs just like business owners are having to do for the Hershey bar crowd or seek employment elsewhere for non-compliance to the employers decisions on what goes on the cabs?

I'm glad these men stood up for their convictions. Americans should have the right to refuse to do anything they wish. I do wish Christians could do the same without being accused of discrimination. The Christian flower and cake shop owners who wished not to support gay weddings by choosing not to serve such activities should also be allowed to make this choice without the threat of lawsuits or public slander perpetrated by the liberal media.
I'm glad there are some who are taking the liberal media to task on this issue. I hope they don't cross the line into liberalism by doing so. These cab drivers should have the right to object to this activity for religious reasons.

Gays versus Muslims - in America.
The irresistible force has met the immoveable object. It was only a matter of time.
It's on. It's definitely on.

If the Muslim men owned the cab company, it would be a different matter and more like the case of the Colorado bakers and the photographer. Since they don't, the cases shouldn't be compared.

You said a word about it, and whatever you quoted from did, too.
