Leftover pulled pork with a small amount of BBQ sauce on romaine and spinach, with boiled egg, extra sharp aged cheddar, olives, fresh broccoli, salt and pepper, and a little honey mustard.

On the menu is homemade pizza.

Fresh mozzarella, green peppers, onions, salami, fried pancetta, garlic, tomatoes, jalapeños

Using the baking steel so that always makes it interesting.

Saw some duck bacon today and almost pulled the trigger. $1/oz had me thinking twice.

I would try it ....if someone else bought it.

got this duck breast + chicken wings, pork loin, ground pork and andouille in a gift box from Cleaver & Co. via a friend. excited to try them all out.

Rock on. Im about to venture into my own dough makin. I wanna make pizza dough & pastas for homemade meals.

Pepp, Sausage, Mushrooms, Onion, Spinach, Roasted Red Peppers on that pie

I usually make my dough in a food processor. Does a great job.

This dough I bought at the deli counter. Quality is a little less, but does the trick for $3.
