can't penetrate worth a shite, and is averaging 3.5 assist a game.

Gray seems to need the ball in his hand. So he should be an upgrade over hickey. Hornsby will be An upgrade over Stringer as well. The biggest question is is Martin improves his conditioning & is able to be an elite 3 like he should be

I actually hope that Gray and Hornsby start.

Do you actually watch the games? Some of these statements are just stupid. Hickey was criticized in the past 3 games for not shooting enough. He has great assist numbers and he tends to shoot whenever the team isn't able to score.
3 likes. Suck it

I'm not trying to be dick to anyone, but Jordan Mickey wouldn't even get drafted. He's an elite shot blocker that plays lazy defense, has spastic moves on offense, with an above average outside shot...not to mention he's a 6'7 1/2 PF who is 210 pounds. He has long arms so that makes up for his height some, but his weight is still a huge issue for the NBA. I think about Tyrus in the NBA and realize if he couldn't really make it, Mickey has no shot at this point in time.
Also, I'm ready for Hickey to leave. I don't know if Morgan will be back because of his knee, but I'm honestly in favor of Hickey leaving. There are 4-5 games a year he can just take over and dominate, then there are 10 games he literally just disappears and his final stat line has like 3 assists, 2 points in 30 minutes...I need more from a player with his skills. I think he's very lazy at times, and that's a re-occurring issue with this team (which is why I'm also not upset about JOB leaving, we need new blood). Also, I can't take the small guards anymore. We lost games because our guards were just so small they got manhandled.
I'm all in on the TQ train to start. He can't shoot, if he shoots above 25% from 3 it'll be a success. But he has extreme length, gives extraordinary hustle, can get to the basket, and is by far our best passer on the team. He is very weak and HAS to put on 10-15 pounds in the offseason so he can finish at the rim. But he is very athletic, and outside of his 3-point shooting which is just awful, he has the most ability of anyone else. Whoever starts at PG will be our 5th scoring option anyway most likely, so I want the guy who gives more on defense and the bigger guy.
Also, it won't happen as a starting lineup, but I'm looking forward to the lineup of Elbert, Mickey, Martin, Hornsby, and TQ. that is an extremely imposing lineup physically.

He's got some sweet dribble moves. Will be nice to have that at off guard.

I posted the same thing earlier and was. Unfortunately it's an accurate statement.
