Someone please refresh my memory to what Heath Shuler did to me the #1 seed.

Hurt his foot and didn't play a down for us after giving up a 5th rounder to acquire him. Doesn't warrant a 1 seed imo..
I'm surprised Russell Erxleben isn't being voted more in here. He deserves his 2 seed

That's easy.
After the 1996 season, Shuler was traded to the Saints for a fifth-round pick in the 1997 draft and a third-round pick in 1998. Shuler's statistics remained poor. He suffered a serious foot injury during the 1997 season and went through two surgeries.
In fact, Football statistics site Football Outsiders called Shuler "The least valuable quarterback of 1997."

Personally, out of all the people listed; Jim Haslett should be the winner.
He started off looking like a solid hire, and then just imploded, keeping an allegiance to terrible coordinators, his scandal with the cheerleaders, and also refusing to put in Delhomme for an injured Brooks where if we won 1 game out of the last 4, we would go to the playoffs.
His drafts were terrible. His free agent evaluations worse.
He'd be my choice.
And though he isn't listed, Tom Benson shound be and would have won it for the stunt he tried to pull during Katrina.

more importantly, how is Brooks even on there, much less a #3 seed?

I don't get a lot of those on the list. Most at least tried and did their best to win but someone like Sullivan took 1st round money and just quit, knocked over the table and went home.
Just a straight up fatass thief

Huge lol at Gregg Williams being on there.
And Archie and Buddy D and several others that prove these guys were just thinking of names to fill in the brackets. Mike Buck? Seriously?

You cannot deny that people hate him and I think he will win this thing.
I think those people are stupid. It reminds me of Matt Schaub. Texans fans are blaming him for everything and are ready to ride him out of town on a rail. He's been borderline Pro Bowl quality his entire career and they act like he's worse than Blaine Gabbert.

Weird that Charles Brown is own there.

but here is a list of QBs that should be on the list (but didn't make it) instead of Archie Manning:
Just add either of the Billy Joe's on there.

why is Jake Reed so high up on there?
they have right up there with Grady Jackson who was one of the biggest FA busts when Haslett was here.
reed must have done something off of the field to get some hate. he had been playing in the league for a long time when he came here. were people thinking he was just going to magically become an all-pro or something and be 1400 yard, 11 TD kind of guy?

Sullivan, Brooks, & Connell are my top 3. No way Onome deserves to be on this list.

Who hates Doug Nussmeier?

He signed a big contract and barely played. Then he talked his brother, Dale Carter, into signing with the Saints too.

As Alabama's OC? Sure.
As a Saints QB? Meh.

Kruetz should be seeded higher, IMO. I hated what that dude did. Although it did lead to DLP starting. Who obviously was better.

How quickly we forget. Let's remember why Benson did what he did after Katrina. This was the chat he had with the state post storm:
Benson: How is the Superdome?
Blanco Administration: It's ruined.
Benson: Are you going to fix it?
Blanco: No.
Benson: What do you mean no?
Blanco: We are going to condemn it and tear it down.
Benson: Are you going to replace it?
Blanco: No.
Benson: What about the Saints?
Blanco: You're on your own.

There are too many Saints players in that bracket. I don't hate players just because they weren't very good, or they were used wrong. That's a pretty immature, fricked up way to view things.
