Is "Parish" the brewery?

Yea, both the brewery and the shade tree cafe being local and right there within a couple miles, seems like they'd do something together.

The staff at the brewery orders from there at least 3-4 times a week. When I'm there I usually get an order in too.
It'd be cool for them to get together and do something

this food is the real deal
I too never heard of the ST Café until I met the owner/Chef Lonnie several months ago in Office Depot. He was getting menus printed and I was getting labels printed for my Cajun Seasoning business.
Lonnie only advertises by word of mouth. No website, just an email address. Does catering as a side business and cooks/serves food at the restaurant in Broussard. Got his culinary degree 20 yrs ago from LAF VoTech School on Bertrand
cooks everything himself , fresh daily, and will even deliver for $5.
I recommend the Delcambre BLT : jumbo grilled shrimp, applewood bacon, homegrown tomatoes, sautee'd onions, Tabasco mayo creole mustard, etc... or the grilled ribeye wrap: 8oz ribeye, grilled onions & peppers, avocado, lettuce, tomato, tabasco mayo.
Lunch 10-2
dinner 5-9

Finally tried this place today for lunch and was not disappointed. I had the ribeye Philly steak sandwich and it was delicious, it'll be hard not to get it next time. The owner was telling me he dry ages all of his ribeye meat for 6 weeks or so.
Check this place out of you're in the area

How does one eat that?
And don't make plans after, you'll more than likely need a nap
