2 and LBD is a raspberry save the cave. 6.1%abv, 13ibu
Really strong beer. Ended up buying a 22 oz soul doubt IPA. But impressed with this brewery so far.

Dude, you didn't piss on B when he reviewed GitM before you'd had it. Come on, this is silly.

Um, B and I drank GitM together the day he first tried it.

A fresh keg of Dirt Wolf on draft was one of the 5 best things I tasted my last trip to NC. Period. I've had it since then from the bottle and it really disappointed me in comparison to my memory.

I can imagine, I'm enjoying it out the bottle so on tap fresh has to be incredible. It's a solid DIPA

I've only had 3 of their beers but I would pit them against any Louisiana brewery including Parsih. Already at worst 2nd best in the state. Really wanna try that ermagerd hops.

Um, no. Not even close. Great raft has great potential and they are really nice people, but they shouldn't be mentioned in the same breath as nola or parish. They make a lager, a black lager and a pale, not really a great line up of styles. I hope their dipa is great, but i think its completely misguided to think they are the second best brewery in the state.

Have had two different offerings from Great Raft, ermehgad could blow they other two away. It would have to in order to put it above Parish, Nola, Tin Roof, Abita, and Old Rail.

ETA: and this is from someone who isn't blown away by GitM, but realizes it is a good place to start.

NBD - Santa Fe Java Stout (After Noon)

Laying off booze a few days been feeling under the weather. Meds helping though.

What's going on here is we have some good beers popping up around the state finally. Now all the top beers from other states are piss. The best brewery in the state is being decide in the middle of a thunder dome cage match. It will likely be decided by one single batch of beer. Meanwhile in Dallas people are tearing the door off stores buying up all the Abita Strawberry.

Almost popped the top again just now, will be Monday before I do it.

For some reason I think the idea taste better than the beer will. Not that I lack faith in stone though.

Wasn't really a fan of this beer,

I was really disappointed in that one. I really wanted it to be good b/c I love sasions, like Santa Fe brewing, and the girl from the brewery was on point.

FBD - sample of my new batch of 100% brett pale ale

I'm a big fan of Freetail.

Their sours and stouts are terrific. I've never been blown away by their IPAs, but they're still pretty good.
