They want to take them out Monday, but I leave for Vegas in a week, so they're gonna do it in two weeks. How back is this going to suck for me?

Are they putting you to sleep or just numbing them?

Its not anything to worry about.
Mine were badly impacted and it was sore for a good 3-4 days, but the pain meds make it all worth it.

You should have a Q&A on here immediately following the procedure.

I was drinking psychedelic shroom tea and smoking cigs the day after. Not a big deal.

It's not that bad. Definitely the least painful of the surgeries I've had.

I showed up one morning at 7 and was out by 7:20. Drove myself home and took ibuprofen 800s for the first day, and was fine after that.

Easy peasy

Wasn't bad at all for me. Make sure they put you all the way under. Not being able to eat solid food is the worst part.

It's really not that big of a deal. I had moved removed and two of them were sideways under my skin. I went on a road trip the next afternoon to visit friends. I had the best surgeon in Memphis though so maybe that helped. Just don't get a dry socket.

It wasn't bad for me. day after, I was eating popeyes perfectly fine.

Some pansies I know were complaining for a week and theirs were easy removals.

It's either going to kick you seven times in the nuts, or you're going to be just fine. There is no middle ground.

ETA: I had the seven kicks in the nuts experience.

The drugs were awesome. The most relaxed I have ever been. Not be able to fully open your mouth and having stank breath are the worst parts.

Not bad unless you get dry socket.

I had all 4 of mine removed and my wife had her remaining 2 done the next day. We spent the weekend popping vicodin and eating ramen noodles. You should feel better in 3-4 days

My mouth was a little sore for a few days. I had trouble opening my mouth and then my jaw would lock up off and on for a few years but that also went away eventually.

I've had all four of mine removed. It was done on two different occasions. Once as a smoker, and one after I quit. The recovery for the one as a smoker was one of the worst pains I've ever had. Dry sockets on both and they got infected. I'm not a smart man. The recovery after I quit smoking was amazing. I didn't feel any pain and I just used the pain pills for funsies. They were impacted both times.

The NOS was awesome! Apparently I cursed out the waiting room on my way out the door and spit blood at an old lady who must have given me the stank eye. I then demanded to be taken to Smoothie King and tried to walk down hwy 190 to get there myself. After I woke up I ate a double bacon cheeseburger from McDonald's and I never felt any pain. Just walk it off, bro. You will be fine
