How is this relevant? Having to do clerical work as part of a job is different than having your entire work life revolve around doing clerical work. Everyone has paper work to do in their job/career.
The point is that calling yourself a "professional" doesn't mean what you do is automatically superior to what anyone else does. It's an attitude I see all the time, and it's both stupid and poisonous.

What does a stay at home parent do when all the kids are school age? Don't tell me home school.

My wife would rather spend time with our kids, do volunteer work, dabble in a couple family business ventures, etc than work a typical 8-5.....so that's what she does

Keep the house in order. Logistics. Laundry for 3 kids.
That is, if you don't have a lazy SO.
My wife will be quitting her job at the end of April because she wants to stay at home.

My mom kept the house spotless, baked cakes, had a garden, landscaped, laundry, etc

OP seems like a controlling dick who is pissed his wife won't bow down and praise him for all his greatness.

Mine talks about being able to stop working when I make a ton of money. I think she would probably stop if it came to that, but I also think she would not like not working after a while.
She makes too much for me to be ok with losing that income now, so she's working whether she wants to or not for the forseeable future.
We will use grandparents and nannies to raise our son and any future children. They'll just have to deal with it, I guess.

At that age, the kids should be doing their own laundry.
I was brought up in a house that we had to do chores in. Once my brother went away, I had to do the laundry, wash dishes, mow the yard, and other general house chores.
I mean, it's not like these kids can't help out. It definitely teaches you discipline. Even though they will hate it, it's valuable to learn how to maintain something yourself.

My wife does all of that and works full time. Stay at home parents aren't needed once the kids hit school age. I'm sorry. We both work and have no problem with logistics. I don't understand.

Our kids are 1 and 3.
Once they reach school age, I'm sure she'll be tired of staying at home by then.

Bring all those kids to soccer practice cause the working moms can't, keep up the house, bills, have a home cooked meal ready at 5:00 instead of something out of the microwave, volunteer at school

I thought you were still referring to the OP.

congrats
People are free to do what they wish
If I could somehow double my income, my wife would stay home
I don't really care if she just laid around the house all day either

Our schedule at the moment is being gone from 7am - 6pm for both of us. Their bedtime is 8pm.
Matter of fact, we didn't even eat dinner until about 730 last night. Where's the time for herself?

Again, all done by full time working parents. I respect my wife so much because she does everything that people praise stay at home parents for doing with a full time job. Not only does my wife do all of that with a job she also did it while completing her 2nd Master's degree.

maybe your wife is an anti-dentite.
