I agree to a certain extent, but we're not just talking about offenses, defenses or going for it on forth down more than most. We're talking about a guy that only punts about 5% of the time. I think his attitude would change on kickoffs because of the larger average field position change in college vs. high school.
Hell, I have no idea if it would work or not, but it would be exciting as hell to watch in college.

There is a signifixant advantage in play cslling for four downs with your offense. Most teams arent prepared for it to happen they're used to 3 plays and done. Secondly 3rd and long isnt necessarily a limited play calling down anymore. Plus you can divert practice time away feom punting to thw offense.
