FBD is remainder of the Saison-Brett from last night. Sitting a night open in the fridge helped a lot. A lot of carbonation, of course, and i am not a fan of heavily carbonated beer. Tastes fantastic and has just the right about of carbonation today

We had the opportunity to compete hard, and we came through. We competed like sonofabitches. We did damn strong work. We left it all on the field and drove that nail right into the ground...

SBD - Envie, the new batch. This is the best I have tasted of this beer so far.
