Paul Finebaum calls USC coach Lane Kiffin the ‘Miley Cyrus of college football’

“How did someone like Lane Kiffin ever get these jobs?” Finebaum said. “How did he land the Raiders job? At Tennessee? And particularly the one at SC? People think it’s because of his father, Monte, the great defensive wizard. In some respects, Lane Kiffin is the Miley Cyrus of college football. He has very little talent, but we simply can’t take our eyes off him.”

And with Kiffin's history, it wouldn't shock me to see him elected King of some tropical island tomorrow. The guy can fail upwards more than anyone.

In all seriousness, this is a good day for college football. The bigest douche on the planet is now no longer part of the sport.

this SHOULD be his last head coaching job.

How that guy kept landing jobs like he did was beyond me.

1st of all, he should have never taken the job unless his agent put a clause preventing his dismissal while under sanctions. They weren't when he was hired, but there was a ton of smoke on the horizon....on some level, everyone knew the NCAA was coming

Secondly....could not have happened to a bigger douchebag - he's an arse and always will be. The way in which he left UT only reflected what an assbag he is. frick him

I haven't kept up with his career all that much. But I watched the game last night as it was the last one on, and it just had the feeling the heads would roll.

I hope he never finds a job again. Probably the worst major coach in football history and a cesspool of a human being.
