ESPN and ESPN.com are really starting to tick me off. As I understand it most of the allegations involve Gundy and the current administration but all you see are pictures of Les in his OSU gear. Haters gotta hate!

Its an absolute hit job on Les and LSU.

I think Les and LSU admins should be pissed. But what can they do? Responding merely exacerbates the bogus story.

The Bama story will take precedence over this one now.

Patience, this will drop off the radar after today. There's blood in the water in the state of Alabama.

Has ESPN wrote a story about how many NC's Les won at OS? I mean with all that advantage he either couldn't tell the difference in a good player or no good recruits must like ugly women. Because i am sure if he could out recruit Oklahoma and Texas it would have been because of beautiful women and talent evaluation. Of course none of that must have happened.

Seems like the 5-part story is backfiring as well. Everyone knows what's coming in the next three and none of it is news worthy: college kids do drugs; college kids have sex; kids kicked off team are unhappy.

Add in the Bama story and SI is left looking like the armatures they are.

If he isn't talking about how he is a man, Gundy doesn't bring in viewers. Les is a name.

Bad journalism by SI and ESPN. Both are looking for readers and viewers and LSU/Miles attracts much more attention than Gundy or other coaches.

Y'know reporters are all alike. They pick, pick, pick at something insignificant until they strike a nerve. Or until the mindless ones among us begin to move to or against their rhythm. Then their non-story catches fire and the facts no longer matter, because blood is in the water and the real frenzy begins. A lot of good people have had their reputations shredded by reporters (sports writers). I think the best thing for the LSU Nation to do about this is focus on the next game and ignore the bait.

That's becasue they are trying to get people to read the story and stay on the web page. Noone cares about Ok State or Gundy. CFB fans know about CLM and are interested in him. It's what makes him a good coach for the program.
